Dan emailed to ask for photographs of the white door trim I was referring to - sent him these images
He has now emailed (attached) to say that he doesn't think they use this white trim on their doors however I did take the photograph from an ABI van. I have attached the quote which he sent to Ade for the doors and the other parts which were needed for the patio doors to be fitted so he can see which doors the customer had and provide me with the relevant parts.
Finally, he has said that they don't use brass hooks in their van so I have requested that he orders the hooks which they do use for tie backs.
He has now emailed (attached) to say that he doesn't think they use this white trim on their doors however I did take the photograph from an ABI van. I have attached the quote which he sent to Ade for the doors and the other parts which were needed for the patio doors to be fitted so he can see which doors the customer had and provide me with the relevant parts.

Emailed Dan as he has only provided me with a quote for curtain tie back hooks and not the net curtains and curtains. Gavin sent me an email chasing this to ask whether they have been ordered. I have emailed him back to tell him that Dan is in the process of giving me a quote

I have found Ellie's e-mail to Dan, but he has not responded to it, because it did not have the quote attachment so he did not know which quotation it referred to. I have resent it with the attachment

Dibby has emailed me today chase these curtains up, I have emailed her back to say that the order has been placed and we are unable to give a date when they will be in.

Dan at at ABI has emailed me back to say "I will try and get these in as soon as possible however our supplier does have a 2-3 week lead time at the moment

I have also asked Tim (the ABI rep) to chase the curtains as it is really important that this is sorted out quickly. The customer is refusing to pay for the van until the issue is resolved. I don't know if Gavin has let you know that it was an error at Surf Bay that resulted in the wrong van being delivered which necessitated the replacement of the windows with front doors. Surf Bay has been paid (by us) and we are still waiting to be paid by the customer when it was not our error. We would be very grateful if you would chase this regularly until it is sorted. Sorry that you have been landed with this as it is not your fault.

Dan at Abi has emailed me back to say "I will have a word with them however, these do usually take around 3 weeks to arrive at the moment"

Dibby at the park has emailed me today to say that as per the Hartfield pictures we need 2 long voiles for the opening doors and 6 long curtains one for each window as in the picture. We need to get it right for him.
I Can see that ellie has ordered 1 x patio curtain and 1 x patio nets for this van, I have now called Gavin and left a message asking him to call me back re this.
As the park say that this was ordered by Surfbay incorrectly and I need to see who error this is and whose paying for these extra curtains ??

Dibby has emailed me to chase he outstanding set of curtains, called Dan and it looks like he never added this to the quote when we asked him to amend it..
But he did say that they have also send another set, so I wondering if he did order them but didn't added on to the order.
He said he will get these sent out to the park next week and send Ade a new quote, I told him to use the same AS order no.
My emails isn't working along with my computer, so I will draft an email and it will be sent when my internet is re- connected?
