I have phoned MORCO, there isn't anyone available to speak to me at present, the receptionist has taken my details and I have confirmed that I want to convert and LPG to Nat gas

I have spoken to Emma at Atlas she is going to ring the suppliers about the cooker and hob and then ring me back

MORCO have called, they have advised that they require the following info before they can send out the jets:
The name of the gas safe engineer
Serial number of the boiler
The site address and pitch number
e-mail the information to sales@morcoproduct.co.uk
They will then dispatch the jets

Darren Langston has popped in and advised that he has spoken to the office and that the jets need to be ordered via Belling, Atlas cannot help with this.
I have asked him whether Atlas can provide the serial numbers for the appliances, he said that they can however, he doesn't think we will get this information before Tuesday. I have asked if Vanessa or Katrina can obtain this information, he has confirmed that they can. He has said he could check on Tuesday but not before.

I have updated Emma that the boiler jets are being fitted by MORCO whilst the unit is at the factory, with regard to the cooker and hob I am waiting for the appliance details so that can let Eddie Cunnah the details
Emma advised that this unit has not been produced, until it comes off the production later next week, we cannot get the information for Belling

Atlas have phoned to advise that all the jets have been changed to natural gas, I asked if that was just MORCO or the cooker as well. I was informed that this is now a natural gas unit and all jets have been replaced.
I have asked if we are being invoiced for the work, Katrina at Atlas was unsure but said that if we are Charlie will add it to the van invoice.
