Called ABI (09:42) and spoke to Kristie as Ade wanted to know whether the can came with voiles and lift up beds. She had a look into this and said that it didn't. Ade said if it doesn't then get a price and Kristie said to put it all in an email.
Also we were quoted 2 combi smarts but we only needed one. Kristie said there's only 1 quoted anyway.
We also wanted 1x more USB socket needed and 1x more hook needed. Kristie said to put that all on the email as well.
I have now emailed Kristie for the prices, see attached.

2x lift up bed pivot points - uprights to fix to frame - This should have been in the kit from ABI - Emailed abi to find out where these are as they were not with the pack.
3x single gang usb sockets - I have ordered from Screwfix
10m wire for net curtains - claire is going to get from D&S
TV / coax sockets needs fitting and soft touch thermostat - ordered from Screwfix

A couple of weeks ago I spoke to regarding the missing 2x lift up bed pivot points - uprights to fix to frame - This should have been in the kit from ABI we received. Please can you let me know when we can expect to receive the missing parts? Thanks.

Dean at ABI has advised that the missing parts have been delivered, I have asked him to call me back to advise the date the where dispatched to us. Call Time: 11.00.39am

I thought these had already been sent out if I cannot find a proof of delivery I will get some more sent out on Monday for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday.

steve has used these pivots for the other van 34497, phoned ABI and spoke to Kristie, she will look into this asap but can not get onto the system at the moment, she will give me a call back
