I have managed to get through to ABI and spoken to Krisite who has said that if I send across a photo of the whole front of the caravan so that she can tell me the size parts required for the issues.
I have phoned Amy and asked her to get me a photo so I can get this across to Kristie and she can look into this for me asap.

I have phoned Amy and asked her to get me a photo so I can get this across to Kristie and she can look into this for me asap.
The replacement is just removing the below panels and putting the door in. Emailed Kristie the photo of the caravan. The first photo is the caravan at Bridport and the second one is of the caravan we have here at winkleigh!
I have given to Steve and he is going to add his notes so I can get the quote sent across next week.
I have also emailed kristie asking for the prices of the parts required.

I have checked issy's quote and I am not happy for her to send this out. I have left a message on her desk asking why she has put a mark up on this????

I have re-done the quote and sent to Linda today by email.

I explained to Charleen that Linda was going to pass this to a customer and that I wasn't sure if we would add the mark up or not.

I phoned Linda (call time 15.54) asking if she knew if the customer wanted to go ahead with the price for the retrofits or if they had any queries. She has said that she hasn't heard at this stage she said that there was a query about the size of the bed in the master bedroom so she will be meeting with the park. Will find out and let me know.

I have also phoned ABI asking for some advise I haven't been able to get through to ABI so I will try again later memo in his desk.
I have phoned Amy at Bridport to let her know what is happening with this issue. I have explained that I am not sure what has happened with this issue and that I would speak to Steve and ABI and get this done by the end of next week. I said explain to the owner's that we are still waiting for prices from ABI.
