Steve has been to re-attend and has the wrong parts again. He has taken photos of what is needed so I can email to Dean at ABI. The park have also requested full length net curtains which I will create another issue and ask ABi for a price.

Phoned ABI and spoke to Kristie as we have not received the clamps or fittings, she advised they got sent out direct to us last week, she will find out who signed for them

Will from park phoned and requested an update on the progress of this. Confirmed to him that parts have been on order and received over the last two days and an engineer SHOULD be scheduled to attend week commencing 19 February.

Dean at ABI has advised that he has three parts kits and will send all three by FEDEX. I have updated Nadine at Ladram bay, and she has asked that we contact will with any updates we may have. willpottle@ladrambay.co.uk. I will advise once the parts have arrived.

Nadine from the park has called chasing this, Kristie from ABI has advised that Dean will call me back tomorrow as the parts have not arrived yet. Dean called and asked for steve to call him and explain. Steve did call Dean and Dean said he would look into getting some trim and clamps for this. He would let us know.

Steve attended and said that the frame is not wide enough its 50mm and should be between 65-70 - he will need clamps to hold it in and trim.
I have called and spoke to Kristie at ABI and she is passing it to Dean to look into.

Paul from the park called again (09:26) as he urgently needs a date as the customers keep chasing. I put him on hold and spoke to Char and she said we can go next Thursday the 11th.

Paul from the park called (11:53) to say that he would like a date for this one as the customer is tricky and constantly chases for updates etc. He knows the other one will be done at a later date but this one needs doing soon or just give the customers a date at least. I said I would speak to scheduling and call him back.

Will from the park has phoned again chasing this issue asking when we would be going out to replace the doors/ assess the issue. I have spoken to Charleen and she has said that she knows about it and to advise that she will let me know and we would call Will back later. I have advised will of this call time 13.23.

I have phoned will to try and get this issue moved forward call time 10.54 left a voicemail asking for a call back. I have also issued an assessment sheet see screen shot attached.

Will Tottle from the park rang and said that they had sold an ABI Sunningdale to a customer on the understanding that the front window could be taken out & changed to Patio Doors.
He would like to know can this be done and how much would it cost for the removal and installation as the park are going to pay for it.
