Will from the park called to report this (16:02) and chase the other van with the same thing. He said he reported this and hasn't heard anything back and would like to know Thursday when Lorraine is back. I said I would pass this on.

I have phoned will to try and get this issue moved forward call time 10.54 left a voicemail asking for a call back. I have also issued an assessment sheet see screen shot attached.

Will from the park has phoned again chasing this issue asking when we would be going out to replace the doors/ assess the issue. I have spoken to Charleen and she has said that she knows about it and to advise that she will let me know and we would call Will back later. I have advised will of this call time 13.23.

Will from the park called (14:07) to chase this up. I put him on hold and spoke to Char and she said we won't be able to do it until the new year so agreed to say we are waiting parts for both of them (even though we have received parts for one by the look of the notes).
I told Will this but said we will chase ABI for him to find out when they will arrive.

not heard anything from ABI, phoned them back and spoke to Kristie, she has advised the engineer has not brought back any paperwork, as far as they are aware the doors have been dropped off, told Kristie we ordered 2 sets but have only received one, she will speak to Sam on Monday and will give me a call back

phoned ABI as i have not heard back from anyone, spoke to Kristie, she thought Dean was sorting this one out, she has phoned through to downstairs, they will look for the doors or the paperwork, she has promised to give me a call back as i need to update the park

Kristie phoned back to advise they have found the doors, she is waiting to hear back from Dean as to when they can be delivered, is hoping it will be next week, tried to phone Paul but he was not in the office, will try again

They couldn't get the Patio doors on the van this week with everything else so it will have to be next week W/c 05.02.18 .

Will from park phoned and requested an update on the progress of this. Confirmed to him that parts have been on order and received over the last two days and an engineer SHOULD be scheduled to attend week commencing 19 February.
