I’ve recently ordered a Biarritz Lodge for a customer at Old Coastguard that we believed had a full Lux Pack in it, I’ve since found out that it has the Lux Pack but has had the washing machine deleted. As the customers require this can we please retro fit the washing machine asap once it’s on site (should be next week but I’ll keep you posted). I’ve charged them the full Lux Pack price so we don’t need to charge the customers for this, but can you allocate the cost to the stock number instead please. Looking at Swift website they quote over £900 for the washing machine, I’ve checked the one which is in the Biarritz Lodge here and that is an Indesit model IWME127, looking at AO they supply those for £299 and have them in stock whilst Swift ones are out of stock!!!! I’ve tried without success to find out the part numbers for the integrated door and fixings but can’t find them on Supercare, hopefully as you use the system more than me you’ll have better luck finding them or maybe the fixing can be acquired in B&Q or similar?. The plumbing won’t be there either so that will need to be put in although the dishwasher is plumbed in next to the cupboard under the microwave where this has been located so it should be a relatively simple plumbing job.
