          There is a plinth heater in the main bedroom room as requested but a panel heater in the twin room, which should have been a plinth heater.

          Emma L has e-mailed to say that the customer is fine with the panel heater and plinth heater, I have asked her to confirm whether she means that the customer will live with this or if she still wants it replaced. Awaiting response

          Emma has confirmed that they have explained to the customer sometimes they fit the panel heater in the second bedroom if there is insuffiecient room to fit the plinth heater. No further action required
