the vinyl has been delivered to the sales office by Duncan - Yarn is going to fit on Friday 26th or Saturday 27th - Steve needs to attend 25th to remove furniture for Yarn and then return on the Monday to put it back.

Mrs Walker has phoned asking for an update on her lino, advised we have been unable to do it over the winter due to the cold weather, she would really like it done by the 12th April as she has taken all her personal belongings home from the lounge and kitchen, advised i would see what i could find out and will call her back later.

Duncan has explained to me and Jen that Yarn can't do this yet as the old lino needs to be removed and laid outside and the new one cut from that template so this cant be done whilst the weather is so cold.

Park has sent us an email chasing this, she will speak to Dean as they have to get someone to move it due to it being so heavy, as she finishes as 12 today, she will update me on monday, emailed park

Yarn has phoned to advise the lino has little white dots in it, he does not have enough to do the lounge and kitchen in one piece now, he will have to fit them the best he can with a join, spoke to Matt, he has phoned the park and asked if they will go down and check it, Matt has also advised them if the customer accepts the lino he will offer some money as compensation.
Emailed Kristie to advise the replacement lino had a flaw in it, asked if she can send some more out
