I sold an ABI Ambleside 40x13 (stock no 41062) and it is being fitted at factory with an integrated washing machine. The customer does not want a washing machine, but I was told we could not remove the spec.

I have agreed for us to go and remove the fitted washing machine and change into a standard cupboard. I assume it will need the whole cupboard carcass and door as its probably different when there is an integrated appliance?

It was agreed in the price to do the work and we will then be keeping the washing machine.

The costs can go against the above stock number but as it is not built yet, we don’t have a serial number. If you need one, I found one for another 40x13 Ambleside, which is 1575780.

If you need to look at one, we do have an Ambleside Premier at Winkleigh which presumably would have the same cupboard.

The caravan is due to be built mid April, with delivery in May. My hope was that we could do the PDI and fit the cupboard at the same time.
