Hi Chris,
When your guys arrive to do the work on the cupboards, could they fix the extractor fan vent flaps? These things are utterly dreadful: they flap in the slightest breeze and cause noisy chaos when it's properly windy. So bad, it keeps up awake at night.

Resolved customer has advised The way the kitchen cupboards, doors and footboards have been left after the manufacturer removed the dishwasher & washing machine is unacceptable: they need to be returned to a usable condition as cupboards with doors*INFO ONLY DOOR IS SUPPLIED (LOOSE IN LOUNGE) THIS FITS ONTO THE APPLICANCE AND ABI WAS INSTRUCTED NOT TO SUPPLY APPLIANCE AND TO PROVIDE PLUMBING ONLY. THIS WILL BE DOWN TO SITE TO FIT ONCE CUSTOMER HAS PURCHASED THE APPLIANCE**

received x 2 kitchen cupboards, no doors or hinges, agreed with Chris we will go and fit these early part of Jan, one of the doors already in the van may fit, i have emailed ABI to see why they have not been supplied, issued worksheet

ABI have confirmed they will be sending out FOC replacements in the correct colour, ETA start of June.

Issue has already been sorted so new parts not required.
Claire has asked the park if they would like to keep the new parts that have come in as spares.
