recieved replacement window on swift delivery, have checked and this is oak, can not unwrap fully as it is in a box then has bubble wrap around it, issued worksheet

I have checked with units in the yard and they have brown windows unless they are a moselle lodge. I have checked the order and we were unable to provide the serial number of the unit because it had not yet been produced. I put the order in based on the model, size and year of the van.
I have placed a delivery issue with Swift and await his response.

Purchase a twin bedroom window which needs to be fitted on the door side of the main bedroom above the dressing table, they would like the unit above the dressing table fitted else where in the bedroom if it is possible.
We will need to remove on panel to check the structure and add timber as required for support
