I have spoken to Darren to see if he has heard back from Duncan about the sofas, Duncan has advised that he is speaking to the owner of Belfield because he has been unable to get an update from anyone. Darren has advised to leave this with him for the time being.

I have phoned Duncan regarding the outstanding parts for Braddicks, he has advised that he was not aware that the sofas needed signing off and he is unable to do this until he gets into the office on Monday, I have expressed my concern that these sofas will not be ready in time, he has asked me to leave it with him and he will ring me on Monday with an update. Duncan will also look into the issue with the MCB's and come back to me on Monday.

Phoned Shaun at ECS, explained swift have advised the 14 tv units have now been made at the factory, swift do not know who will be delivering these to us, he thinks it will be him, have advised we need these asap as the vans are let in a week, he will check with Ash and will call me back

Paul has been sent up to Hull to collect the wood for the fire sides and carpet and this will hopefully be with us tomorrow.

I have spoken to Paul at Swift and advised that the delivery dates for the parts are no good and I need them by next week. He advised that I need to put in a logistics request, I have advised that Reece was supposed to be hurrying up the order but he is off sick. Paul advised that he will put in a request for an earlier delivery request but cannot guarantee that this will happen.

I have finally got through to Reece in customer care, he advised that Duncan had only ordered the sofas and the free standing TV units, Reece is processing the orders now (waiting for part numbers from their buyers) and then he will let me know when we can expect the parts.

I have spoken to Reece and forwarded a list of the parts we are waiting for, I have also explained to him that we need to add lounge carpet to the order, as we have not been able to source this locally.

Reece will speak to Duncan and ring me back, I have also explained that we need these parts urgently especially the fire surround sides which is holding up the electricians. Reece / Duncan will call me back later.
I have spoken to Reece he cannot find any trace of the order for parts and he is not sure whether Duncan has bi passed them with the ordering. Duncan is in a meeting at the factory today and once he comes out of the meeting Reece will speak to him and find out when we will get the parts

None of the parts that have arrived from Swift are for the Braddicks vans, I have left a message for Duncan asking him to give me a call with an update.

The sockets and back boxes have arrived. I have not had any luck with the carpet and will now approach Duncan about it.

I have spoken to the Swift engineers and they have advised that they do not blank of the electrical wires before putting them in the wall. They have said to put a piece of electrical tape over the end connector block. I have updated Michael and he is happy with this.

Keith has advised that they require some white vents for the ceiling boards, I have ordered these from Alreigh today and they should be with us tomorrow

I have advised Simon at SS that the carpet is called Ferndown 581 ICE, I have asked Simon to let me know if he can't source the carpet and I will then order from Swift. I will give him another call tomorrow if I have not heard from him

Duncan has confirmed that he has the sofas and the tv cabinets in hand, and he just wants to know what else we require. I have given him a list of other things that we need.

I have spoken to SS flooring, I have asked them to come and look at a van in the yard to see whether they can get the carpet and also price for fitting the carpet. Someone will call in later today.

Michael has advised that we need to move the fire place to the opposite wall, obtain a free standing tv unit, as per the drawing obtain the correct seating, (sofas should have been removed apart from one)
Get an electrician to alter the sockets
Remove shelving
Remove fixed tv cabinet
Get carpet fitters to see if they get replacement carpet to match, if not order it from Swift
