I have spoken to SS flooring, I have asked them to come and look at a van in the yard to see whether they can get the carpet and also price for fitting the carpet. Someone will call in later today.

I have spoken to the Swift engineers and they have advised that they do not blank of the electrical wires before putting them in the wall. They have said to put a piece of electrical tape over the end connector block. I have updated Michael and he is happy with this.

I have spoken to Reece he cannot find any trace of the order for parts and he is not sure whether Duncan has bi passed them with the ordering. Duncan is in a meeting at the factory today and once he comes out of the meeting Reece will speak to him and find out when we will get the parts

I have spoken to Reece and forwarded a list of the parts we are waiting for, I have also explained to him that we need to add lounge carpet to the order, as we have not been able to source this locally.
Reece will speak to Duncan and ring me back, I have also explained that we need these parts urgently especially the fire surround sides which is holding up the electricians. Reece / Duncan will call me back later.

I have finally got through to Reece in customer care, he advised that Duncan had only ordered the sofas and the free standing TV units, Reece is processing the orders now (waiting for part numbers from their buyers) and then he will let me know when we can expect the parts.

I have spoken to Paul at Swift and advised that the delivery dates for the parts are no good and I need them by next week. He advised that I need to put in a logistics request, I have advised that Reece was supposed to be hurrying up the order but he is off sick. Paul advised that he will put in a request for an earlier delivery request but cannot guarantee that this will happen.

Reece has phoned back with the following update, the mcb's are on order with the supplier, he believes these come in kit form and are due into them the end of feb, he understands this date is not good enough and has requested these are sent asap, the tv units are now made, he has copied Ade in on an email to Jerry asking for these to be sent out asap, He has spoken to Duncan who is at a show regarding the sofa's, these have been ordered direct with Belfield, he has chased these and is waiting for a call back

I have spoken to Belfield and they have advised that they have produced the proto type but are still waiting for a purchase order from swift, they advised that they have been dealing with Steve Archer and Chris. They said that they will give another call to Swift.

Phoned Sarah at Belfield to see if she is able to give us the measurements of the sofa, she will need to look up the spec, she will have a look and will email Ade on Monday, she will also confirm on monday that she has recieved the order, at the moment they are still unsure when they will be ready as the furniture side is at full capacity, they will mark this as urgent but as it is 14 they will have to change production slightly,

Swift have confirmed that the electrical boxes are now in stock and should be at Braddicks in the next couple of days.
There is no update on the sofas, Duncan has advised that he will update me later today, when they have heard back from Belfield. (Belfield have advised as of 11.00 they are still waiting for Swift to confirm the order)

Darren has chased Duncan for a date when the sofas will arrive. (Duncan has sent an e-mail complaining about how much pressure I have been putting on the staff at Swift regarding the parts for this unit)
Michael has called asking for an update, the electrical mcb's have not arrived yet. We need to know when they will be arriving so that we can schedule the electricians.
