Jason phoned yesterday and asked when we could swap the door and window over in these units, I advised that I would need to have the van details e-mailed over to me so that I could check that this was possible. Jason advised that he had checked the two vans and they appeared to be the same size doors and windows, so should be a straight swap

E-mail received from Jason, I have spoken to Steve about this and he has advised that he doesn't think that they will be a straight swap, we would need the measurements from Jason to ensure that they are the same size.

Please can we action the following as soon as possible:
• Swap from front doors to front windows
• 2015 Swift Bordeaux 35x12/2 [31203] - currently with front doors
• 2015 Swift Biarritz 38x12/3 [31196] – currently with front windows
Can we swap the windows and doors on the two above vans (both currently at Bridport showground) for a customer who has purchased the Bordeaux but requested windows.
They have asked for availability to be as soon as possible in the NY - early January.

I have spoken to Jason and said that I will send Matt and Keith over to him on Tuesday to swap the window and door, I have advised Jason that we will need to do something with the panels and inside the unit to get over the difference in size

Keith has come in as they are unable to do this job due to weather conditions today, he would also like some white skirting to complete the work in the new year.
checked on Swift and they do have channel skirting I will order 2 lengths of this for Keith, but waiting for Per to see if they can supply flat / single skirting if so then we can order a few lengths of this

Even though we have a part on order for this job he wants it done this week. I advised that we will need three men for the job, he has advised that he does not want to pay for three men and he will act as third man. I have said that I will check with Keith and get him to confirm that this will be okay.
