I have spoken to Cath, she thinks that she will need to book their aerial guy and then us send the details of when they would like Keith to attend.

I have e-mailed Cath asking her to confirm when her aerial guy can attend, I have given her dates that Keith is not available.

The site have asked when Keith will be free so that they can get this scheduled, I have advised that they can pick a day next week and let me know. I do need to know before I do the scheduling on Thursday. Awaiting response

Park called to say that the aerial man is coming on 24/03/16 at 10.00am, could we arrange for Keith to attend at the same time? Message passed to Ade.

Mr Clark called today to enquire as to what would be the maxium weight and size TV he could put up in the master bedroom? Spoke to Reece at Swift who said I had to raise a technical issue - which I did SBH001771 awaiting to hear back from Swift then I will contact Mr Clark to let him know.

Swift got back to me today, screen shot attached, called Mr Clark and told him about the maxium weight and size of the TV.

Mr Clarke phoned wanting to know if the tv sockets have now been fitted, he has asked the park but they are unaware if it has been completed, i have checked the worksheet and steve has completed this, he would like me to double check our engineer has fitted the tv, tried to phone steve but it is going straight to answerphone

Mr Clarke called today he is so sorry but the tv has been mounted in the wrong position - his wife has had cancer and can only see tunnel vision - the tv has been mounted in the corner and he needs it directly infront of the bed where the mirror is now positioned. I have completed another worksheet and filed.

Worksheet attached - Keith has lowered the back plate for the mirror and then lowered the mirror on the back plate
Put the TV bracket onto the backplate so it is about 18" lower
