          Steve has advised that there is no water ingress from the corner cappings, and that if we take the corner capping off we will new. I will speak to Michael to see if he wants us to do this. Steve has also advised that of the ABI vans along this row are all the same. He is not sure why Ron has picked this one out

          Michael has advised that he has inspected this unit and it is showing signs of ingress around the front window cill. I have advised that I will get Steve to go back to the unit and inspect again. I will also order 4x corner cappings
