      I have spoken to Mel, she has advised that we do not have a stock number for this unit, it was a sale on behalf which means that it was completed via the park.

      Hi Adrienne
      Thank you for your reply. We returned home yesterday, but if the engineer is already visiting the site for other issues, we are happy for the him to inspect the van in our absence and report back to us accordingly. The main problem is in the lounge area. We do not wish to incur any additional costs other than to resolve our problem.

      The customer has emailed Ade for an update as they are going down to their van on Monday 4th February. I have phoned engineer Steve for an update, No answer. I have emailed Chris the van owner to update him and said we will be in touch when when know more. Screen shot attached.

      Steve has had a look at the floor and has said that lift the carpets in the lounge and remove the carpets in the lounge in some places
