Hi,
Would it be possible to retro fit front doors onto the above caravan? it will be delivered from factory to Surf Bay Holiday Park on November 8th. I would like to think that we could attempt to pull some favours and have it done at factory still, but I guess that’s wishful thinking.

Hi,
Please go ahead with this. Atlas have told me the availability for doors is 4-6 weeks, so there isn’t enough time to do it. By the time the doors arrive, the unit will be on park, decked and ready for you.

Again the approx. eta on the parts is w/c 18/12/23 (but not sure which day & when the suppliers last delivery into us is before Christmas)
**Please note going forward all requests for chargeable parts need to be entered on the aftersales portal. In the fault box please mark in capitals (CHARGEABLE ORDER REQUEST) as we do not have a button for chargeable at the moment
The price quoted is correct at the time of quotation but due to fluctuation in material prices, it may in some instances be subject to change or surcharge.

Happy New Year to you all.
This arrived on the last delivery before Christmas and we have not had a collection this week.
Therefore, it should be leaving us Friday 12th to be delivered the following week.
