Good afternoon,
The owner of Aqua 19 has reported a leak/damp patch in their kitchen which we cannot locate the source of.
We need one of the engineers to come down and investigate as this van is still under our pre-owned warranty, Mr Hughes bought it on 05/07/2023
The van is as follows:

Further to the below, we have just been and had a proper look and as far as I’m concerned it’s just no circulation between the wall and the couch.
The customer has cleaned the wallboard and it looks in good condition. I have told him to monitor it and let us know if the problem resurfaces.
So, no engineer needed at this point.
