Swift Antibes 022961H
They are a third owner, however under the pre-owned warranty which they signed in September there are some things which we believe are covered:
Window in kitchen left hand side faulty – Window appears to have dropped, difficult to open, no adjustment available.
Bed 1 - door going into en-suite is catching – Floor swollen from when it was flooded Up to you if its warranty. Would need Duncan as there is no movement within the frame to lift the door.
There are also some cosmetic issues which we need to provide the owner with cost prices for as they aren’t covered but will need to be sourced from the manufacturer for example numerous LED lights around mirrors and bed headboard faulty.

The purchaser wants this rectified and as it’s a private sale she will be paying, I have tried a scouring type pad for pots, hasn’t helped as you can see, Josh said to ask you and customer care to maybe provide a quote or the chip/plastic/panel repair guy could maybe fix it. Let me know what you think. She is aware she will be paying for it as its not under any warranty with anyone. |
