            This has been rejected by Elthringtons, it did not leave their factory like this, it has been referred back to Swift by them. I am not sure what happens to it now, so I will ask Swift.

            Swift advise that the rejection stands, they do not remove the packaging on the handles when the door is fitted, so they are blaming the pdi man
