          Keith has called into the site, he advised that the shower in bathroom has mixer tap underneath so water will not be as hot as at the basin, also site has excessive flow on water supply. Keith has discussed with the salesperson on site and suggested that they fit a flow restricter. He also advised that the water is freezing at the moment and the boiler cannot cope with flow and cold temp. No further action
