Swift engineer attended and put on 4 brackets (see screenshot attached) but said another 4 were required, I will ring Rachel to see if they have been sent.
Rang @ 11.34 and spoke to Becky she said to ring back this afternoon regarding this.

Customer called (13:44) and said that Swift man attended and it needs 4 new ones.
Called Swift (13:57) and spoke to Rachael and explained what the customer said. She said she will make note of it but will have to wait for the engineers worksheets and then move this forward. I said to send gutters to use as we are going out anyway and she said that's fine.

Received gutter bracket for this but we already had one so this can be a spare.

This is 1 of 4 issues picked up on PDI. I have made a claim and submitted through to Swift, see attached.
Also received a phone call from Dave at the park (11:26) to say the customers are moving in at the end of the week and a couple of issues picked up are a bit concerning for them. I said we will have to look into scheduling and see what we can do and get back to him.
I spoke to Charleen who is doing scheduling for the rest of the week today and she will get back to me this afternoon as to whether we can go this week.
Also received a phone call from Dave at the park (11:26) to say the customers are moving in at the end of the week and a couple of issues picked up are a bit concerning for them. I said we will have to look into scheduling and see what we can do and get back to him.
