The Struts need replacing but this is a two man job I have spoken to Swift and they will come back to me with a date It needs to be before second week in Feb as rented out

This issue was reported over the phone by Paul last week. I asked him to confirm the serial numbers of the caravans affected and for a photo. He has provided this and I have put this claim through to Swift see screen shot attached. I explained to Paul that I wasn't sure if it would be covered but I would submit it through to Swift to find.
