This issue was reported over the phone by Paul last week. I asked him to confirm the serial numbers of the caravans affected and for a photo. He has provided this and I have put this claim through to Swift see screen shot attached. I explained to Paul that I wasn't sure if it would be covered but I would submit it through to Swift to find.

Swift have acknowledged this claim but cancelled it at the same time. I have phoned Becky at Swift call time 13.24 to get this claim active again she has said that she will get this sorted.
