Leanne rang @ 13.33 saying her manager thought someone attended yesterday, I have been told it was the Swift engineer.

Mr Warren Butcher (owners father) called about this and number of other issues. He is not happy with the work that has been carried out and wants several things re-attended to. I have requested he send an email along with pictures as there are quite a few issues he was discussing and he has said he will do this and sent to the warranty inbox this morning.
