      This is 1 of 43 issues that were reported on the PDI (1 we are already aware of). I have created the claim as good will because the caravan is an ex-demo. Some of the issues should be covered by swift. I have spoken to Jane to see when the caravan is going to be going to the park as it is still on our Winkleigh showground at the moment - she was on the phone so asked Steve who is going to check and call me back. The caravan wasn't level when the PDI was done so some of the issues may not be an issue when the caravan is fully sited.

      Matt looked at this issue whilst at the site and has taken a photo of the fitting. I have submitted the claim through to Swift. Awaiting photo of bulb required incase this is rejected.

      Swift have acknowledged this claim see screen shot attached. They will be arranging for an engineer to attend to the issue found.
