      Craig from Swift rang @ 13.21 checking that he could gain entry at around 4pm, I rang the park @ 13.26 and they said this would be ok but they needed to be finished by 5pm.

      They needed to order a new part for the fridge and have a re-attending date of w/c 11/12 (see screenshot attached)

      Parts enquiry response has come back. The cost is £60.81 plus £10 carriage and VAT. Char to decide if to do as good will.

      Worksheet returned see has said that he has adjusted the fridge but the outer door is damaged the 595 x 1095.

      I have submitted a parts enquiry for the new door for this issue see screen shot attached.

      Amy from Bridport called (15:53) to say that Andrew from the park called wondering where the engineer is coming.
      I called Andrew (15:56) to ask which van and he confirmed this one. He said we let them down last week and now again this week. Agreed with Char to tell him the engineer had an emergency leak and had to be diverted. He then went to say well why didn't have have the courtesy to tell them that as the customers have come down especially for this and waited all day. He then asked if we would be attending tomorrow. I said I would have to check and see. Charleen then took the phone call over.

      The park rang @ 9.59 and said the customer asked if this could be moved to 21st, I spoke to Charleen who said that would be ok, I am emailing the park to confirm this (see screenshot attached).
      The park also said that the customer wanted something in writing stating that they only took over the van in July 17 and so that's when their warranty should start.
      I spoke to Charleen who said to contact the park and ask for Date of Sale etc from them.

      This claim is sat on query on Swift. They have the caravan as a hire fleet van and the DOP as 08/09/16. The park have told us that this was purchased by the owner and sat as a demo on site until the 11/07/17. I have spoken to Paul at Swift asking for some advise on how to resolve this issue. He has said that we would need to provide the proof of purchase and then we would have to take it from there.
