Matt's worksheet has stated that there has been a design fault in the base of the table. The base of the table is too small. He has said that the table itself is undamaged and that the fault is entirely to do with the way it has been designed.
We have lots of table bases in the store which we could exchange and may resolve the issue. I have emailed Claire to ask and done a parts enquiry for the issue.

I have emailed Emma asking her to decide what she wants to cover as good will and what she is happy for us to say that we will provide a quote for the parts.

Emma has asked me to put this through to Swift as being faulty. I have done this see screen shot attached.

Swift have acknowledged this claim and referred the issue over to the supplier see screen shot attached. Awaiting info.

Swift referral have rejected this claim saying:
Claim Rejected - Connor spoke to Paul Harman/Rachel @ Swift. This is a Swift issue as the base of the product changed to a Metal chrome base. This improved the stability of the product and became the standard running product. Please submit order for replacement table (MIAMI 1350*800 TABLE TOP TISANO OAK C/W 344408 TABLE BASE)
I don't know if this means that Swift will be covering this issue. Phoned Rachael to ask.
