This issue was reported to us via email from swift. I have created the claim and submitted it through to Swift see screen shot attached. Park updated.

Swift have acknowledged this claim see screen shot attached - Thetford require the serial number of the cooker emailed Jane to ask.

I was cc in on the s/n email from Ade, I went on to swift and charleen has submitted this to the supplier, supplier has then asked if they park can fit this .
Message back to say :
This is a small park so unfortunately they dont have anyone that cant fit this , you will need to send an engineer out. thanks

Supplier have said "SF00020392 Parts to engr, engr to update when complete." So they will be attending to resolve.

Supplier has said "19/12 Engr advised complete however noticed other issues which he will attend and resolve when parts arrive." See attached.
