            This has been sat on received for 10 days. I have phoned Swift and spoken to Becky she has said that she can see that there has been a lot of activity on the claim and that she would get this chased so that it got moved on soon.

            This is an ex demo so I have no idea why these issues have been put through to Swift??? I have now changed to Good will and have scheduled Steve to attend next week 8/11/17. Worksheet issued.
