            Mr Faulkner phoned as he is concerned that the oven is giving off noxious fumes. I have contacted Spinflo who advise that their engineer is due to attend next week.
            Spoke to Kim at the site and asked her to pass on these details to Nigel.

            I phoned Sarah at Swift, there is no record of a PDI being carried out. She took all the details and has logged the claim on their system. The manufacturers will contact the site and arrange for an engineer to visit. I called the site to advise them to expect a call from Spinflo.
