Exterior the boards are pulled away from the Home leaving a small gap down the centre which is also pulling of the cover strip, there are several areas doing the same but this one is open to the elements.

      Sharon from the park called (14:33) to ask for a date.
      I looked on Swift and it says the w/c 04/02/19. She wondered if they would call before hand or just turn up. I said I would speak to Swift.
      Called Swift (14:40) and she said they will call before hand.
      Called the park (14:40) and spoke to Pete. I made him aware they will call before, but he said Swift was there last week and why couldn't they have done it then. This needs to be prioritized because the customer is very unhappy and the back end is starting to fall apart now.
      Called Swift (14:45) and relayed this. She said that he should have just asked the engineer and he more than likely would have looked at it. They aren't in the area next week so they can't move the date but they are coming to actually do the work and not assess.
      Called the park (15:09) and let Sharon know.

      Sarah has phoned to advise Craig attended last week but the park have stuck duck tape all along the canexel strip, as soon as that is taken off it will remove all the paint, spoke to Pete at the park, the customer asked him to put it on, if the swift engineer found him on site he would have removed it, advised i would get them to re-attend, he is more then happy to remove the tape, phoned Sarah back, she will arrange for this to be booked in, they will also advise Pete on site.
