i HAVE SPOKEN TO Duncan and he has asked me to email the worksheet over and he will try and attend I have left a V/M for Leanne on 01202 865625

Duncan called and spoke to Heather and has been and can't do anything with this. It's at max adjustment and this issue keeps happening. Swift need to re-attend to re-do the frame and door. There are gaps and can see daylight.
I have submitted to Swift. Duncan is going to see Leanne and tell her that it won't get done till after xmas.

Swift have rejected as out of warranty. I have emailed Darren all the details and asked how he would like to proceed.

Summer has advised that she has asked Darren to take this up with Swift as she feel there is an issue with the door.

This is still outstanding i have spoken to our engineers and they say this is a big job the patio doors need taking and and refitting to get over this issue I have resubmitted for swift to attend.

I have resubmitted this to Swift after discussing with Duncan and Steve we have attended to do a door adjustment but it is a bigger issue the doors need to be taken out and refitted
