      Rachael at Swift has rejected this? I thought the roof had at least 5-10 years warranty?
      Swift aren't back until next week so will have to chase then.

      Moses called (09:14) and asked for an update. He said he did see a Swift engineer last week who told him that this issue is more common abroad in the hot weather, but we haven't had any hot weather! I said that Swift have said it's out of warranty but I will be speaking to them about it today so I will get back to him later on.

      Spoke to Moses this morning to check he had received a part on another van , he asked me to chase warranty up on this one as the owner keep coming to see him every day and is very upset about this issue.
      I said I will ask warranty team to chase it up, I can see that Swift have rejected this so I will speak to warranty now to ask them to speak to Swift/ Darren to see if they are willing to do anything and then update Moses.

      I have spoken to Heather and we think that Photos will be needed, I said Id call Moses back to ask for some.
      Spoken to Moses he confirmed that he'd sent summer pic about 2 months ago.

      I asked him to email these over to me I will then forward these over to warranty .

      So I have emailed Swift saying its out of our area so they would need to attend or arrange a contractor.

      Please see chassis 015750H, We are coming to assess the van W/C 08/04/2019 Once we done a full inspection we will then book this in at the earliest opportunity Once we are aware of materials required etc.
