Park emailed with info needed. I have emailed them back and I need to speak to Sarah about fitting and getting paid etc with regards to the new supplier.
Spoke to Sarah (12:17) and they aren't doing the 5 year warranty anymore. That rule came in 2 years ago and the new supplier aren't doing any warranty. But Swift are going to be doing labour and parts for 3 years like their warranty. Swift are having to buy the parts themselves, so it's only 3 years now.
With this one, although it's over 3 years. she will buy the parts for us but we will have to fit as good will. I have submitted.

We have received 7 more doors today meaning that we are missing 3. I spoke to Sarah at Swift (16:04) and she looked into this and said that on the first order we should have had 5 and not 3 and the rest this week. She said we need to look into what doors we have and then see what's missing.

So we are meant to have 17 doors altogether. When we received 3 doors on 21st December, we actually received 5 as in 2 packages there were 2 together. So in December we received sizes 570x262 X2, 570x352 X2, and 1095x596 X1.
So yesterday we have received all the other 12. So we now have all cupboard doors.
I have labelled and worksheet issued.

Park phoned to say they have had the customer in to advise alot of the doors have still not been done, park are shocked that they have not chased this before, they remember Matt attending several months ago.checked through all our notes, can not see what matt has done, phoned Steve to see if he can call in, he has called in and made a list of doors required, apologised to the park, advised matt did not bring his worksheet back, we will get doors put on order, they are happy with this

Steve attended but all the replacement doors are wrong, they are the wrong colour, he has worked out part numbers we require, put a fresh claim into swift

Steve attended 15-1-20, he managed to fit all doors apart from one, 1 door required 210x540 door above microwave mushroom, re-ordered with swift
