        Swift have referred to Spinflo again, Spinflo have already attended twice to this van and could find nothing wrong with the grill our engineer has also been out and could find nothing wrong, I do not believe Spinflo will attend again.

        Swift have advised that spinflo are going to give the customer a new oven, but they could not tell me when.

        Mr Faulkener called today I advised that I am having problems getting through to Swift as they are on there anual shut down and are operating with skelton staff but as soon as I get hold of them I will find out when he can expect to receive his new cooker.

        Swift do not want this cooker back Keith thinks if it has new jets it could be used for a second hand however I am not so sure as one of the problems was an acrid smell.
