The owners have just told me that the carpet is also coming away/gaping/pulling from the furniture/seating all the way around in the lounge, dining area.

      Sorry to bother you again. Please could you pass on this email to customer care or could I have the correct email address for them?
      There is still an issue with the carpet in caravan 58, serial number SG032366H.
      I have attached photos. The customer has said there is still obvious gapping around the table seating area and sofa. Her concern is that if it is already fraying and pulling out, it will deteriorate further quite quickly.

      Swift attended 16/11/2020 the job reference is 36676. I spoke to Rachael and on the swift system the wrong worksheet is against the serial number.
      The engineer attended and stretched the carpet but if they are not happy he will reattend and place a strip around the seating area.

      Good morning

      I have spoken to Swift and forwarded your concerns regarding the carpet, they have advised they would not be putting a metal strip to fix the problem they would be using a strip that matches the furniture. The Swift Engineer is happy to go ahead with the work now and the owner can see if they are happy when they are able to return to the caravan or the engineer is happy to arrange to meet the customer when they are able to travel to the caravan and explain what he would do.

      Please let me know what the customer would like to do and I will arrange this.
