      Hi Heather
      I hope all is good with you.
      Do you know if it is the sump tank or water bottle that has a crack please?
      Is it definitely a crack or has a leak been reported? If it is the later, it may be that the transducer isn’t positioned in its holder correctly.
      Please could you also check that the wire is not draping over the transducer instead of sitting in its groove, thus allowing water to drip down the wire and out of the fire.
      I would be grateful if you could please also check for cracks in the sump tank or water bottle. This can be achieved by taking the sump tank and the water bottle out of the fire and filling them both with water. Leave them both in the sink over night to see if the water levels go down or they empty completely. Please also check that the water bottle lid is not cross threaded.
      Please could you advise the install date and provide the data label details, which is on the back panel under the logs.
