I have spoken to Sarah at Gorselands and asked if they could send me a photo of the chassis once I have this I will submit ( no point submitting before as it will only sit on the swift system as a query).

RE the rusty chassis for this van. Swift have referred this back to Bankside, they are going to accept the claim and are anticipating a visit in early November. As soon as they have a firm date they will contact me

spoken to sarah at the park, she said that the engineer from bankside called them the other day to advise them that they would send an engineer hopefully next week.
so they know more than us!

The engineers have spoken to brenda on site as they was due last week and didn't make it. they have agreeded with the park that they will go dec or jan 2012
