      Good afternoon

      We have a claim regarding the above caravan that has tatty cushion seats the manufacturer is going to collect them but is asking which day in January the can come and collect them either the 16th or 23rd of January.

      Please let me know and I will advise the manufacturer.

      customer has phoned wanting an update, they are due to open their van beginning of April, checked swift portal, it only mentions 1 cushion, customer is confused as she reported all of the cushions look and feel tatty not just 1. looks like Heather arranged collection with park but cushion was not ready for suppliers to collect
      the claim has now been closed on swift, submitted new claim, tried to call customer but no answer

      Jill phoned, not very happy they have not heard anything, advised i had been told homeserve had booked an appointment, it even says on the swift portal, whilst she was talking to me she found some weird message on her phone which she thought was a scam, she thinks this is from homeserve but it will not allow her to book an appointment, advised i needed to send springvale a message on the portal, she thinks the system is rubbish, advised i would call her back

      good morning The foams are different from the dining area to the lounge so i believe they are fully to spec , also the pictures seem to show staining can you confirm if this is the case please https://admin.homeserverepairs.co.uk/report_images/jb2146594_img64354d8d7a6c7.jpg not sure if you can open the picture karen

      spoke to the customer, the engineer attended, the foam used around dining table is of a good quality, the foam used on other cushions are cheap and this is why they are starting to sag, he could not understand why they have used 2 different foams, replied to springvale on connect

      springvale now want to collect the cushions, spoke to the customer, they live it in throughout the summer, they are so disappointed with the service they have received from the supplier that they have decided just to leave it, they have bought some throws which they will use instead
