swift attended last week but could not replace 2 panels due to the decking being in the way, spoke to Matt, he is going to find out what is going to happen as the park is chasing me, they are only closed this month and ideally need this sorting before they open

really sorry I cannot remember who i spoke to on the phone the other day about this. I have checked with Mr Ford and he has agreed that he could have the deck removed during January in order for the cladding to be replaced. Do you want me to get a quote from the deck company that I usually use for this work and will the bill be paid directly by Swift??

received email from swift, they would like to attend wc 16-11-23, the decking will need to be removed, phoned Leonie, she has advised the decking is really big and has glass in it, not sure how to remove it, she has advised the park is closed in January and would prefer it to be done when no one is on site, in the meantime she will speak to the customer to make sure he is happy with the decking being removed and will get a quote together
