      <p>Sarah from swift called wanting to speak to Linda, advised she was not in today, linda has submitted a claim in yesterday regarding the cooker knobs not fitting correctly, Sarah needs to know what part number was used,</p>
      <p>Asked if she could put it on an email to Linda and we will look at it today, checked Linda's emails, have not received email yet</p>

      <p>finally had a reply from the site re cooker knobs, they have advised me that they have been sent the wrong ones.<br /> I will check with linda if she will need these sent back, then we can order the correct ones.<br /> Linda has called dave to talk to him, he advised linda that he fitted the knobs and they just turn round/round!! he ended buy some knobs himself. Linda will speak to saran at swift to see how she wants to deal with this</p>

      <p>(this is linda notes-dated 18th jan) I have spoken to Sarah she has asked me to send her an e-mail which I have done and she will talk to Spinflo - Sarah said that they have sent these knobs to other parks and they have not has any problems.</p>

      <p style="text-align: left;">E-mail received from Sarah asking for the part number from Arleigh for the cooker knbs the site purchased , when I spoke to Dave he advised that they had purchased the same knobs as the original - the part number from Arleigh is NSC266, I have e-mailed Sarah and advised.</p>

      I have spoken to Dave and he would like us to get him some of the original cooker knobs, he has already replaced some of the knobs at his own expense but is not worried about them so long as he gets some replacements so he can change any that go in the future.

      I have spoken to and e-mailed Sarah asking for her to arrange for some replacements to be sent.

      I have called swift to see if they have sent these knobs to the park yet, I spoke to Sam who really didn't know anything about this and said that the file is a mess.. She is going to talk to sarah , then call me back.

      Called swift spoken to sam she said that Sarah thinks it completed?
      I have called Dave and he has advised me that the swift rep has been in and given him some knobs and also sent some in the post. He is happy with this now,so I will close this off now.
