Claire Folland added a comment - 01/Mar/23 1:37 PM spoke to Theresa yesterday as Mr Warwick still has not heard anything from swift, she asked for a copy of his email and she would speak to Helen/Penny, This morning i sent an email to Helen asking for an update as Mr Warwick is not going to go away, in the meantime Mr Warwick has had a response from Danielle who asked him for a list of outstanding issues, this has wound him up even more. spoke to Theresa, she advised i needed to speak to Helen or Penny, tried both but no answer, phoned Sarah, she has a meeting with Helen today, Sarah is confused as she is not sure what Mr Warwick wants, explained the 7 items remaining include items which are standard and can not be changed, emailed her the list so she has a copy i also phoned Mr Warwick as i thought this would be easier, explained i have spoken to swift this morning and he should get a response, he is shocked by how swift work, advised we have most of the items here, he is opening his van in a couple of weeks, have asked if we arrange for both our engineers to go for the day, could he go out so we can get the work done, he is happy with this, also asked about his window, he is happy for the suppliers to attend whilst he is not there, he does not want us to attend until he knows what swift are dealing with
