      Thanks for this - I have passed the info on to planning. Also regarding the questions - The panels will be removed and refitted to process. We cannot 100% guarantee any water ingress like any van we build but they will get an additional 1 year labour warranty on the work. The van already has the water ingress warranty for 5 yrs from date of purchase. All old panels are to be removed and the new ones fitted.

      Dear Claire,

      Please see the e-mail below that Mrs Hamlyn, who is happy with the new replacement panels.
      They have said can you please let them (and us) know the day when the engineer is coming to undertake the works, as they like to be present.
      When the chap came to view the damage, he just turned up en spec, even though they had asked for notification. Fortunately they were staying in the caravan at the time and hadn’t gone out for the day.

      The below vans all require a full re-clad. The panels are currently Sandstone, however as we do not supply Sandstone anymore, would the customers be ok with having the vans re-clad in Sandy Beige which is pretty much the same colour? Please can you confirm as soon as possible?
