Description
There is a screw right underneath where the crack originates and we are thinking it may be too tight a fit and perhaps as the weather is cooling, the heat of the radiator has added to this (elderly couple in there this week). I have asked our local window/locksmith to attend and will let you know her quote as it needs to be done asap as it is a letting unit. Trust this is ok.

Hi Claire,
I've just spoken to Louise and we apologise that we didn't send a quote to be authorized beforehand but as the window contractor arrived she did it there and then as it was an urgent repair.
If you could kindly pass this on to Swift and explain that the window was completely cracked and we could not wait for quotations due to guests and the level of damage.
