      Description

      Andy from site called and advised there is a slight leak on the boiler Andy has spoken to someone from Morco and they have advised that is sounds like frost damage from storage on the hydroblock - He spoke to Duncan who said we had to put a claim in for part number MCB2191.

        I spoke to Mike as Andy was not available - Mike said he does not recall and part being sent from Morco but would check with Andy and he Andy would call me back today.

        We have received an e-mail from sales asking us to called Andy on 07855 296946 re boiler.
        I have called Andy back, it went onto voice mail.
        So ive left a message to say its been referred to Morco, and that mike was going to ask you if you had received any parts from morco??

        Ade has taken the following message from Andy at Chevrton.
        Andy had a call from Morco who advised that the boiler has frost damage.
        Morco do not put water though the boiler so we will need to refer this back to swift.
        There has been no frost on the isle of wight and they connected to mains with in two days.
        It must have had frost damage at swift.
        I will speak to swift now.

        She also said that they have received a e-mail from andy.
        She said that she needs to talk to Sarah Lowe to see what action they will take now, and will call me back.
        I have called Andy (07855 296946) to say that I have refererd this back to swift, and that Im now waiting on them coming back to me.
        I said that it might not be today, he said that's fine.

        Chased for an update, spoke to Sarah Lowe - she advised that the van was dispatched 9/1/12 by White transport. I have explained to Sarah that the van went direct to site and they have not had any frost. Sarah has said that she will refer this matter to Julie, she will come back to me when Julie has investigated.

        Andy called to see what was happening with this issue, I spoke to Sarah Lowe and she advised that she had e-mailed Morco again on Thursday and would phone them again today and let me know.

        I have just spoken to Sarah at Swift they are still in discussions with Morco as Morco are saying that this is frost damage - apparently Morco have a website where they can put in the post code and it shows weather there was any frost at any given time and this has shown that the isle of white did have frost.

        Sarah is going to talk to Julie and let me know what the decision is.
