Morning Eve,
Sorry for the delay, our engineer had no signal.
I have spoken to our engineer he has advised as per Matts email he has advised
We trimmed the sealant / foam excess which had expanded from the sunlight, some of photos which were sent previously were from the other side of the van which we had not worked on. Any of the staples which were visible our engineers have sealed over these.
Swift remedial work carries a 12 month warranty.

Contacted the park for photos of the windows.

Swift attended to replace rear panel and have removed all the black foam from the back of the windows and not replaced it when refitting the windows.There are gaps between the panels and the windows exposing all the staples holding the panel in place. Owner is worried about water ingress
