steve attended 22-5-24, lisa does not know if leak has been fixed, water ingress above ceiling board in twin room continuing to just main bed ceiling board.
until ceiling boards are removed we wont know where water is coming in, possibly vent in roof

      2 ceiling board 1 engineer 1 day
      submitted new claim

      Good morning

The owner has damp above their curtain rail in the twin bedroom and between the twin bedroom and main bedroom. We have sourced the leak which is coming from the ridge capping – there is a slight kink in it and it has lifted the foam and reef sheets.

Would any of this still be covered under warranty?

If not, please can we have an engineer out to quote for a replacement wall board.

      Many thanks
